      HEMPHILL, EDMUND A. - 1937 - 2013 - The death of Edmund Allison Hemphill formerly of Knowlesville occurred on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born April 18, 1937 in Knowlesville he was the son of the late Roy and Pauline (Derrah) Hemphill. He was also predeceased by two sisters, Barbara and Donna Hemphill and a son in law Wayne Dickinson. Edmund is survived by his four children, Edward Hemphill (Heather), Margaret Dickinson, Elizabeth Jones (Clifford) and Victoria Bubar (Kevin); their mother, Myrtle Hemphill; six grandchildren, Lauren, Maggie, JP, Jordan, Luc and Alex; his companion, Joan Kent; a brother, David Hemphill (Nancy) and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
      Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Saturday, September 21, 2013 from 2 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held Sunday, September 22, 2013 at 3:00 pm from the Knowlesville Baptist Church. Pastors Murray Whitehouse and Oral McAffee will officiate.
