      Elizabeth "Betty" Sweet
      C. Elizabeth “Betty” Sweet of Bath, NB passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at the Riverview Manor in Bath, NB. She was born January 2, 1924 in McAdam, NB and was the daughter of the late Walter and Cora Lounder. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Sweet Sr., son, Glen Veysey, great grand daughter, Abbie Patria, four sisters and seven brothers.

      Betty is survived by her children, Sharon "Renee" (John) Werner of Bristol, Ct, Bonita “Bonnie” (Jim) Foss of Stafford, CT, Alma (Les) Hill of Patten, ME; grandchildren, Lorena “Lori” (Walt Kilburn) Patria , Sandra “Sandy” Werner, Kathy (Ken) Dayton, Todd Chase, Linda (Jason) Smith, Brian (Sue)Dwelley, Kevin (Eileen) Dwelley; great grandchildren, Tyler, Griffin and Olivia Patria, Harrison and Parker Dayton, Sarah, Jessica and Christopher Dwelley, Nathan and Alex Chase, Wyatt and Chandler Smith; great great grandchildren, Mary, Aubrey; stepsons, Lawrence (Ernestine) Sweet Jr. of Juniper, NB, Terry Sweet of Juniper; step grandsons, Rodney Sweet, Randall Sweet; three step great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Effie Lounder and Rhoda Veysey; special niece, Debbie Susee, nieces and nephews.

      A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 3rd at 1:30 p.m from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel in Hartland with Rev. Mel Norton officiating. Interment will be in the Glassville United Church Cemetery following the memorial service.
