    • Obituary:

      Peacefully, surrounded by her family, Marjorie Helen Brown (nee Ronald) of Bath, NB, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late James Brown, dearly loved mother of David (Corenna), Perth-Andover; Donald (Diane), Kingston, ON; Carol (Larry Millie), Woodstock; Stuart (Karen), Portage La Prairie, MN and Ian (Kathryn), Carleton Place, ON. Cherished by her grandchildren Todd and Andrew; Wayne and Lee Ann; Jason and Michael; Leah, Erica, Leslee and Drew, as well as her eight great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Muriel McAfee, Joan Smith, the late Kay Holt, all of Saint John, and Ruth Mclntosh, Glassville. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Hilda, and brothers David and Charles. Marjorie will also be fondly remembered by her aunts Marge Martinson and Marion Spence and her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Her love and concern of family was immeasurable. Marjorie was known In both her church and community for her devotion and generosity. She had a long and fulfilling teaching career in Carleton County leading to her retirement in 1977. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Bruce Lockhart, Bath, as well as, to the staff at Saint John Regional Hospital 3CN for their wonderful care and
      compassion.

      Resting at Kilcollins Funeral Home Bath on Sunday, September 9, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be held at the Faith Memorial United Church Florenceville on Monday, September 10, 2007 at 1:00 PM, Rev. Les Johnston officiating. Internment will be in the Glassville United Cemetery after the reception in the Foster Fellowship Hall. Donations made in Marjorie’s memory may be made to the Faith Memorial United Church, Glassville United Church Cemetery Fund or a memorial of the donor’s choice.
